Details

The investment roadmap November 2025 builds on the Homes England strategic plan 2025 to 2030 and sets out our new investment strategy.

It also serves as a roadmap to April 2026 setting milestones that build up to the launch of our new funds and the National Housing Bank (subject to final approval by HM Treasury).
