Revenue claims are closed

The deadline for revenue claims was midnight on 10 July 2020. We cannot accept late claims.

The guides above tell you step by step how to submit a capital or revenue claim online using the Rural Payments service.

If you cannot make a claim online, send us a paper claim form. A blank copy is published above and you can follow the guidance to help you complete it.

How to submit your supporting documents and evidence

Do not email us a link to a cloud storage service (for example Dropbox or Google Drive). We cannot accept supporting documents and evidence sent in this way.

You can scan and email your documents and evidence to ruralpayments@defra.gov.uk. Or you can post documents to RPA. You can find more information in the How to submit your supporting documents and evidence section of the How to submit claims online guides above.

Capital claims

You can submit a capital claim to RPA at any time of year. However, this must be after the capital work is finished and you have paid for it.
