British Ambassador to Honduras (non-resident)
There is no British Embassy in Honduras. The British Embassy in Guatemala City develops and maintains relations between the UK and Honduras.
We are working with Honduras on a range of issues to strengthen political and trade links. Our work also include supporting British nationals in Honduras.
If you’re in Honduras and you need urgent help (for example, you’ve been attacked, arrested or someone has died), call +502 2380-7300. If you’re in the UK and worried about a British national in Honduras, call 020 7008 1500.
Get an emergency travel document
If you’re due to travel in the next 24 hours, contact us as soon as possible. Call us before making an appointment if you’ve never applied for a British passport before or if you’re applying for a child under the age of 16.
If your passport has been lost or stolen, you will need to obtain a police report before applying for an emergency travel document, also bear in mind that once you have your emergency travel document you will need to replace your entry stamp with Immigration Authorities, this is usually a quick process, and can only be done at the City.
