Other consular services

Notarial and documentary services

We’ve been working hard to provide a normal level of service but with the ever changing developments of coronavirus (COVID-19) we have to make adjustments for the safety of customers and staff.

Notarial appointments are available on Mondays and Wednesdays only.

If you think you have an urgent need for a notarial service, please contact tel. +45 3544 5200.

All visitors must wear a facemask on arrival and when walking in communal areas, with the exception of children under 12 years old.

We offer a limited number of notarial services, which include affirmation or affidavit and making a certified copy of a British passport.

See the full list of notarial and documentary services we normally provide.

Consular fees

We charge fees for some of our services. See the full list of consular fees in Denmark.
