Victoria Billing
Biography
Victoria Billing was appointed His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark in March 2026 and will start the role in April 2026.
Victoria was FCDO Director Europe, covering the Mediterranean and Western Balkans, from 2022 to 2025.
Victoria previously served as Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Senegal and Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Cabo Verde and Republic of Guinea Bissau.
Victoria joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) in 1997. She has previously been posted to Rangoon and Jerusalem.
