Victoria Billing
Biography
Victoria Billing was appointed FCDO Director Europe, covering the Mediterranean and Western Balkans, in March 2022.
Victoria previously served as Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Senegal and Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Cabo Verde and Republic of Guinea Bissau.
Victoria joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) in 1997. She has previously been posted to Rangoon and Jerusalem.
