  1. Consult stakeholders.
  2. Select a representative/agreement signatory.
  3. Start to establish a group with an internal agreement.
  4. Open a bank account.
  5. Contact Natural England and complete an expression of interest form.
  6. Register an SBI and check the Rural Land Register.
  7. Negotiate an application with Natural England.
  8. Site of Special Scientific Interest consent.
