Sellafield Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the NDA.
NDA is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, and publishes a tax strategy for the NDA Group in accordance with schedule 19 of the Finance Act 2016.
As a result, Sellafield Ltd does not publish a tax strategy.
