This strategy sets out how Sellafield Ltd will deliver its mission of creating a clean, safe and secure environment for future generations over the next 5 years.
It focuses on reducing hazard and risk, safely managing and maintaining the Sellafield site, and delivering value for the UK through nuclear decommissioning, environmental restoration and support for national priorities.
The strategy is built around 3 priorities:
- safe, secure and sustainable site stewardship
- reducing hazard and risk at pace
- delivering lifetime value for money
It also highlights Sellafield Ltd’s commitment to safety, security, innovation, skills, sustainability and positive social impact as it continues its nationally important clean-up mission.
