Homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying review

Review reports of what works in preventing homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying among school-age children and young people.

The Government Equalities Office (GEO), in conjunction with the Department for Education (DfE), launched a project in November 2013 to understand the most effective ways to reduce homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying and its impacts among school-age children and young people.

The first phase of the project was a full review of all the available evidence and existing practices currently in place in schools to deal with this issue. GEO and DfE commissioned NatCen Social Research to conduct the review and these reports present their findings.
