Harbour orders public register
This is the Marine Management Organisation's Harbour Orders public register page.
Applications are published on this page when the statutory 42-day consultation period required for a harbour order application starts, or when the mandatory EIA pre-application process for proposed works orders is completed. Applications which have been submitted but have not started consultation will not appear here. Applications are moved to the ‘completed’ section when the MMO makes a decision, or when the applicant requests to withdraw.
There is an archived version of the register that includes details of more applications.
