This SLA sets out the levels of service DVSA is expected to provide during vehicle testing activities.

The SLA also covers the standards and behaviour which trade associations will encourage their members to adopt when they present their vehicles for test.

The SLA’s performance is measured and reviewed on a regular basis through an annual summary published every December.
