Details

This MOA represents a long-term commitment between DVSA, trade associations, authorised examiners and Nominated Testers (NTs) to establish and communicate policies and standards for:

  • DVSA activities for raising standards and improving compliance
  • trade association, authorised examiner and nominated tester contributions to road safety

The MOA is part of a continuous process for improving working relationships towards achieving shared goals, interests and concerns through service level agreements and action plans.

The MOA’s performance is monitored and measured on a regular basis through an annual progress report.
