Enforcement service level agreement

This publication was withdrawn on 26 March 2015

This version of the enforcement service level agreement is no longer current.

The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) was replaced by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in April 2014. You can find out more about the services that DVSA now provides.

Service level agreement (SLA) for DVSA's enforcement activities.

This SLA sets out the levels of service DVSA is expected to provide during roadside and on-site compliance and enforcement inspections.

The SLA also covers the standards and behaviour which trade associations will encourage their members to adopt when their vehicles, drivers or records are inspected by DVSA.

The SLA’s performance is measured and reviewed on a regular basis through an annual summary published every December.
