Defnyddiwch y gwasanaeth hwn i wneud cais am daliad rhent yn syth o Gredyd Cynhwysol tenant, os yw tenant yn cael problemau i dalu eu rhent.

Bydd y gwasanaeth ar-lein yn rhoi’r ffurflen gywir i chi i e-bostio neu bostio.

Gwybodaeth bwysig os ydych yn postio neu e-bostio’r ffurflen

Mae ffurflenni UC47 diogel ac anniogel yn cael eu defnyddio gan landlord i wneud cais am daliad wedi’i reoli neu ddidyniad ôl-ddyled rent, neu’r ddau o Gredyd Cynhwysol tenant.

Os oes gennych gyfeiriad e-bost diogel

Os oes gennych gyfeiriad e-bost diogel GCSX, GSX, CJX, CJSM neu GSE cwblhewch y ffurflen UC47 Diogel a’i hanfon i’r cyfeiriad e-bost a ddarperir ar y ffurflen.

Noder: Os byddwch yn anfon fersiwn UC47 Diogel drwy gyfeiriad e-bost anniogel, ni fyddwn yn ei phrosesu oherwydd nad yw’n cydymffurfio â deddfwriaeth diogelu data a bydd y ffurflen yn cael ei dileu.

Os nad oes gennych gyfeiriad e-bost diogel

Cwblhewch y ffurflen UC47 anniogel a’i hanfon i’r cyfeiriad e-bost a ddarperir ar y ffurflen.

I anfon y ffurflen drwy’r post

Os yw’n well gennych gallwch bostio’r fersiwn UC47 diogel wedi’i chwblhau. Gellir dod o hyd i’r cyfeiriad post ar y ffurflen UC47.

Gellir dod o hyd i ganllaw ar pryd i wneud cais am daliad wedi’i reoli neu ddidyniad ôl-ddyled rent, neu’r ddau o Gredyd Cynhwysol tenant yn y canllaw Taliadau Amgen.

  1. Added a link to the new service ‘Apply for direct payment of rent’ which replaces the UC47 form.

  2. Replaced link to Budgeting Support with link to Alternative Payment Arrangements guide.

  3. Added link in the detail section to the updated Welsh personal budgeting support guidance.

  4. Updated link to 'Personal Budgeting Support and Alternative Payment Arrangements' guidance.

  5. Added updated versions of the English UC47 forms to the online service. Changes include: option for landlords to give their email address, option for a phone number preference, removal of a tick box asking what the landlord is requesting and some style changes.

  6. Added updated versions of the Welsh UC47 forms. Changes include: option for landlords to give their email address, option for a phone number preference, removal of a tick box asking what the landlord is requesting and some style changes. The English versions will soon be updated in the online service.

  7. Removed PDFs of UC47 form as the correct form will be provided by using the online service.

  8. Published updated version of the secure UC47 form for a landlords to request a managed payment or rent arrears deduction.

  10. Added a link to the online service to request a managed payment or rent arrears deduction (English and Welsh).
