Notice to all shipowners, masters, officers, ratings, offshore workers, crewing agents and trade unions; fishing vessel owners, operators and managers of fishing vessels, employers of fishers, skippers, officers and fishers.

This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Minimum Standards for Seafarers etc.) regulations 2014 and the Merchant Shipping (Work in Fishing Convention) Regulations 2018.

This MIN expires 31 March 2026.
