Download the Annual survey of HIV testing in community settings, England, 2024 infographic for presentational use.

The HIV Action Plan monitoring and evaluation framework reports measure progress towards England’s long-term commitment to end HIV transmission by 2030. These annual reports specifically focus on the interim ambitions of the HIV Action Plan for England 2022 to 2025 and from 2026, of the HIV Action Plan for England 2025 to 2030.

Most of the data in these reports was included in the official statistics published previously. However, these reports interpret the information in relation to the HIV Action Plans,  present trends for indicators that can be used to identify and address inequalities, and include additional information such as estimates for the number of people living with HIV (diagnosed and undiagnosed) and for new HIV infections.
