Use form FED0173 to apply for a travelling exhibition certificate.

You need a travelling exhibition certificate if you are moving specimens listed in annex A or B of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) across multiple borders as part of a travelling exhibition.

A specimen includes any living or dead plant or animal (or any of its parts) listed under CITES controls.

If you are importing into or exporting from Northern Ireland, you need to use the Northern Ireland form.

Use the Species+ tool to search for an endangered species. Check which annex (A, B, C or D) your product, animal or plant is classified under.

Use form FED0172 form to apply for a permit to move musical instruments across borders as part of a touring orchestra.

Send forms to the APHA Centre for International Trade: Bristol.

Read more guidance about CITES controls and the species they apply to.
