Summary of findings on equalities in employment at the Department for Transport.
These reports are an analysis of the diversity characteristics of DfT staff in post between 1 April 2014 and 31 March 2015 and includes data on job applicants for posts in DfT. The analysis covers Department for Transport (centre) and the 5 DfT executive agencies. This includes the Highways Agency. The Highways Agency became Highways England in April 2015 and became an executive non departmental public body sponsored by the Department of Transport.
The data looks at staff in post, cessations, recruitment grievance and discipline, training, sickness absence, performance marking and progression. It considers whether there were significant differences with respect to:
- pay band
