Details

Only a company with a confirmation date (made up date) on or after 30 June 2016 can file this form.

Restoring a company

If you’re restoring a company to the register, you must put the statement date that was due before it was struck off.

If you’re not sure of the correct date, contact us before completing your form.

Filing your confirmation statement (CS01)

Paper form CS01

This form confirms that your company details are up to date on the public register. It costs £40 to file the paper form.

It takes longer to process paper forms sent to us by post.

Changes to your company information

Use the CS01 parts 1 to 4 if you need to make any changes to your company information.

Use parts 1 to 4 to make changes to the company’s:

  • principal business activities or standard industrial classification (SIC)
  • statement of capital
  • trading status of shares and exemption from keeping a register of people with significant control (PSC)
  • shareholder information

Forms must be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.

Standard industrial classification (SIC) codes

Use the condensed list of SIC codes if you need to update your nature of business activity on your confirmation statement.
