You can only file this form if your confirmation date (made up date) is 5 March 2024 or later.
If your confirmation date is 4 March 2024 or earlier, you’ll need to use the previous version of form CS01.
It’s quicker and easier to file your confirmation statement online.
Restoring a company
If you’re restoring a company to the register, you must put the confirmation date that was due before it was struck off.
If you’re not sure of the correct date, contact Companies House before completing your form.
Paper form CS01
This form confirms that your company’s details are up to date on the Companies House register. It costs £40 to file the paper form.
It takes longer to process paper forms sent to us by post.
Changes to your company information
Use parts 1 to 4 to make changes to the company’s:
- principal business activities or standard industrial classification (SIC)
- statement of capital
- trading status of shares and exemption from keeping a register of people with significant control (PSC)
- shareholder information
Registered email address
You must use part 5 to provide a registered email address for any company incorporated before 4 March 2024.
Standard industrial classification (SIC) codes
Use the condensed list of SIC codes if you need to update your nature of business activity on your confirmation statement.
