Details

Use this form to register a freehold estate in commonhold land. You must also use form COV if it is an existing development which already has unit-holders.

Commonhold is a way of owning land or a building which is split into a number of units. The unit-holder owns the freehold interest in the unit and is a member of the Commonhold Association which owns and manages the common parts of the development.
