Use this form to give consent to an application made on either form CM1, form CM2 or form CM4.

Commonhold is a way of owning land or a building which is split into a number of units. The unit-holder owns the freehold interest in the unit and is a member of the Commonhold Association which owns and manages the common parts of the development.
