     We added a guidance note about our personal information charter, which explains how we process customer data. We also added a guidance note to explain that only professional customers will have a key number.

  2. 11 January 2016

     We have added a guidance note to panel 8 as a result of a change in our procedures. From 11 January 2016 we will change how we send warning of cancellation letters and what they contain.

Use form CM3 to register any amendments to the community statement and/or memorandum and articles of association of a Commonhold Association.

Commonhold is a way of owning land or a building which is split into a number of units. The unit-holder owns the freehold interest in the unit and is a member of the Commonhold Association which owns and manages the common parts of the development. The responsibilities of the Commonhold Association are set out in the community statement and/or memorandum and articles of association.
