Nuclear Waste Services (NWS) is a trading name of both LLW Repository Limited (LLWR) and Radioactive Waste Management Limited (RWM).

NWS is a division of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) which includes RWM and LLWR. NWS is not a legal entity but provides strategic oversight over the operation and development of these businesses through a management board governance structure.

LLW Repository Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the NDA.

NDA is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, and publishes a tax strategy for the NDA Group in accordance with schedule 19 of the Finance Act 2016.

As a result, LLW Repository Ltd does not publish a tax strategy.

CCTV surveillance is controlled by: Nuclear Decommissioning Authority/LLW Repository Ltd.

NWS does not charge for the provision of information listed in the scheme. NWS retains the right to charge for the written requests in line with the SI2004/3244 The Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.
