Small Business Survey reports
This collection brings together all documents relating to Small Business Survey reports dating back to 2007 to 2008.
The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) leads the government’s relationship with business. We continuously look for opportunities to improve our engagement with businesses to better understand your views and preferences to enable us to continue to support the whole business community.
To this end, we have commissioned BMG Research, an independent social research company, to carry out our regular survey of small and medium enterprises, the 2025 Small Business Survey. This year, we aim to get feedback from around 10,000 businesses across the UK between October 2025 and April 2026. We will publish the report in the second half of 2026. See earlier survey reports on this page.
