Publication scheme

What the committee regularly publishes and how to get that information

You can find specific documents for the committee using the publication search. If the information you want isn’t usually published, you can make a request for it under the Freedom of Information Act. However, we can’t publish information which could affect government policy, the economy, international relations, law enforcement or commercial interests.

You can also search through previous responses to freedom of information requests.

Using our information

Information is available on GOV.UK as well as in hard copy. Hard copies are free-of-charge unless they’re for commercial use or you need multiple copies. We’ll let you know if there are any charges, which are payable in advance, when you make your request.

Some historical decisions of the CAC and its predecessor bodies (Industrial Court and Industrial Arbitration Board) are only available for viewing in person. We are happy to arrange this. Please e-mail us at or telephone us on the number below.

If the information you are seeking is not available online, please contact our operations manager, Bola Olayinka
