How to get help from the CAC with the employee involvement provisions of these regulations

The Central Arbitration Committee (CAC) has a responsibility to resolve disputes arising under the employee involvement provisions of the following regulations:

  • The European Public Limited-Liability Company (Employee Involvement)(Great Britain) Regulations 2009 (SI 2009 No 2401)
  • The European Cooperative Society (Involvement of Employees) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 2059)
  • The Companies (Cross-Border Mergers) Regulations 2007 (SI 2007 No 2974)
