The Central Arbitration Committee (CAC) has a responsibility to resolve disputes arising under the employee involvement provisions of the following regulations:

• The European Public Limited-Liability Company (Employee Involvement)(Great Britain) Regulations 2009 (SI 2009 No 2401)

• The European Public Limited-Liability Company (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

• The European Cooperative Society (Involvement of Employees) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 2059)

• The Financial Services (Miscellaneous) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
