Children's social care provider: do you need to register?

The first documents to read if you want to provide children's social care.

Six guides explaining when you have to register with Ofsted as:

  • an adoption support agency
  • a children’s home or secure children’s home
  • an independent fostering agency
  • a residential family centre
  • a residential holiday scheme for disabled children
  • a voluntary adoption agency
