Request trade marks documents
Use form TM31R to get a certified copy of a trade mark.
Certified copies cost £20 each.
Fill in the form and post it. The address is on the form.
Uncertified copies
Send an email to Intellectual Property Office (IPO) sales including:
- the trade mark number
- your telephone number
- the address you want the photocopy sent to
IPO sales
sales@ipo.gov.uk
There’s no fee for uncertified copies.
Replacement certificates
Call the IPO to ask for a replacement trade mark registration certificate.
