Use patents form 23 to apply for either a certified or uncertified copy of a patent.
If you need certified copies of two or more different patents or patent applications, you must send a separate form for each one. You can use the form to ask for multiple copies of the same patent or patent application.
Fill in the form and post it. The address is on the form.
How much they cost
Certified copies cost £20 each.
Uncertified copies cost £5.
Uncertified copies by email cost a £5 set fee and £1.20 per page.
Request a replacement certificate
Call the IPO to ask for a replacement patent registration certificate.
