If you’ve already applied
If you haven’t received a decision, your application will automatically be transferred to the Need to Sell Scheme.
If you’ve received a decision and were successful, the purchase of your property won’t be affected by the closure of the scheme.
If you were unsuccessful, you may now be eligible for one of the other compensation schemes.
