The British Embassy in Nur-Sultan (formerly Astana) maintains and develops relations between the UK and Kazakhstan.
As a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and subsequent quarantine measures, the Embassy is open, but is only able to see customers by appointment. 24 hour support is available by telephone (+7 7172 556200). When calling out of hours, please stay on the line and select the option for ‘calling about an emergency involving a British national’ to speak to an officer.
