Reactivate your account online
You can sign in to reactivate your online account for Self Assessment.
You’ll need the sign in details you used to register before.
If you do not already have sign in details, you’ll be able to create them when you sign in for the first time.
If you cannot use the online form
You can use form CWF1 to reactivate your account.
You’ll need your Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) number.
