SW04600 - Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Nominated Contact

The Customer Nominated Contact (CNC) has responsibility for managing the Customer Members of their organisation in a Room and for dealing with other Customer Member administration issues relating to the Room.

There must be a minimum of two CNCs for each Room but good practice is for the Customer Organisation to appoint sufficient CNCs to maintain cover to meet their business needs at all times.

In addition to the general activities of a Room, the CNC is responsible for the following online activities:

SW05440 Remove a Customer Member from a Room
SW05520 Remove a Customer Member from their Organisation
SW05640 Request to Change a Customer Member Role
