Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Member
A Customer Member is provided with access to a Room, either as a Participant or as an Observer.
As a Participant, the Customer Member can carry out the general online activities available to all members in the Room. But they are not able to carry out any additional activities and must contact the Customer Nominated Contact for their Room if they need to change their role or access another Room.
As an Observer the Customer Member can only view items within the Room.
