Sign in to the outgoing Trader Support Service (TSS)

If you signed up for the outgoing Trader Support Service before 14 October 2026, you can use this service to manage goods movements and add users to your account.

Changes to the Trader Support Service

The new Trader Support Service has launched. It can support you with the customs arrangements for goods moving to or from Northern Ireland.

If you were already signed up for the outgoing Trader Support Service before 14 October 2026, you’ll be migrated to the new service and will not need to register again. 

If you’re not already signed up, you can now register for the new service to declare goods that you’re moving to or from Northern Ireland.

From 20 October 2026, all new movements must be submitted using the new service. 

If you have any questions, you can call the Trader Support Service team on 0800 870 8173 between 8am and 5:30pm, 7 days a week.

You can use this service to manage goods movements and add users to your account.
