Add or change your planned Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) training courses, manage your training centre details and add new trainers.

Manage your centre and courses

If you’ve been approved to run Driver CPC periodic training courses, use this service to:

  • manage your Driver CPC training centre’s details
  • add new trainers to your centre and approved courses
  • edit course details, including the course objectives and trainer to driver ratio
  • schedule new courses
  • change courses, including their dates, times, locations and trainers
  • cancel scheduled courses
  • view the results of quality assurance visits

You must:

  • add planned courses at least 48 hours before they start
  • finish making changes to courses at least 24 hours before they start

Your approval to provide Driver CPC training courses can be suspended or withdrawn if you do not give enough notice.

Register for the service

The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) will send you a username and password for this service when you become approved.

Contact DVSA if you do not get these after 5 days of being approved.
