Read the guide to recording Driver CPC periodic training.

Giving another person access

You can register another person to use the Driver CPC training database if you need them to enter training records. They won’t need to register with the Government Gateway.

Paying to record training

You have to pay to record training details. The fee is £1.25 per driver, per hour of training.

You can pay in 2 ways:

  • by debit or credit card
  • by debit from a pre-funded account

Setting up a pre-funded account lets you deposit funds with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in advance and pay the fee by debiting the amount directly from your account.
