ਇਹ ਪੁਸਤਿਕਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਾਹਜਤਾ, ਹਾਦਸੇ ਜਾਂ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵੱਜੋਂ ਐੱਨ.ਐੱਚ.ਐੱਸ.
