This notice should be read with:

• The Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Minimum Requirements for Seafarers etc.) Regulations 2014, as amended and,

• Amendment 2 incorporates the requirements of the 2022 amendments to the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC).
