If there’s no Brexit deal, from 30 March 2019 you’ll need to fill in the prior notification form and email it to your destination designated EU port. You’ll need to send it:

  • for frozen fish, at least 72 hours before landing - you can fill in the form before 11 April 2019 for any exports planned from 30 March
  • for fresh fish, at least 4 hours before landing
