  • a registered medical practitioner (for example the patient’s GP)
  • a registered psychiatrist
  • a registered approved mental health professional
  • a registered social worker
  • a registered psychologist
  • a state registered nurse
  • a state registered mental nurse
  • a registered occupational therapist
