Citizens Advice Rotherham

Citizens Advice Rotherham provides dedicated eVisa support to help clients manage their digital immigration status. This includes:

  • assisting with the successful creation of a UKVI account
  • linking their digital immigration status
  • offering ongoing support with their eVisa

For clients who already have an eVisa, we provide guidance on:

  • generating share codes
  • using the “view and prove” service
  • updating personal details, photographs, and documents within their UKVI account

Community Education Employment and Advice LTD (CEEA)

CAAE guides individuals through the entire eVisa process from start to finish and teaches them the skills needed to confidently manage their eVisa and digital accounts independently.

This includes helping them successfully create their UKVI account, linking their digital immigration status, and offering ongoing assistance with their eVisa. We also support those who have got their eVisa, guiding them through tasks such as generating share codes, accessing the “view and prove” service, and updating personal details, images, and documents within their UKVI account.

We also offer drop-in sessions where people can seek help without an appointment. We also provide access to digital tools such as computers or devices and offer guidance in using them.

Students and Refugees Together (START)

Our ‘transition to eVisa’ service offers support to refugees living in Plymouth, who have identified additional vulnerabilities and need support to access their eVisa. Each Wednesday morning, we have an in-person appointment session where refugees with additional vulnerabilities can get support. We will work alongside the individual and support them through the processes that results in them being able to access their eVisa for themselves.

Individuals are advised to bring their BRP and their smart phone to the session, and have access to their email address.
