The number of infections of Escherichia coli (E. coli) O157 reported in England and Wales for 2019 and 2020, and England only from 2021 onwards.

Details

These annual reports include laboratory data for Shiga toxin-producing Echerichia coli (STEC) O157 and non-O157 STEC reports in England only from 2021 onwards, and England and Wales in 2019 and 2020. The data is summarised by year, region, age and sex distribution and seasonal trend. STEC O157 and non-O157 outbreak data is also included.
