This form is for agreements starting on 1 June 2022.

Before you fill in this form, read the Countryside Stewardship Facilitation Fund: manual for agreements starting on 1 June 2022 for more information about making changes to your Grant Funding Agreement.

Any changes you request should not affect you GFA objectives.

We must approve any changes and update your GFA before you carry out any new work activities.
