Forms for your Facilitation Fund agreement for 2019 onwards. There won’t be any further rounds of the CS Facilitation Fund opening. Existing agreements will still be funded.

  1. New Countryside Stewardship Facilitation Fund Annual and final report form added

  2. Added a note to say there will be no further rounds of the fund opening. Removed application form for 2024 as no longer relevant.

  3. Application form and guide to aid making an application for Facilitation Fund 2024 - agreements starting June 2024 have been added to the page.

  4. Updated activity evaluation form has been added to the 2023-2026 collection page for forms.

  5. Removed the Activity Evaluation form for 2023 to 2026 as the form requires further changes.

  6. Added four new forms to the 2023-2026 forms section on the collection page. Added Equipment purchase request form, Nominate a representative continuation sheet, Activity evaluation sheet, and Grant claim and progress form.
