Removing or transferring common land and town or village green to other land given in exchange as a result of a statutory disposition.

Details
This form should be used to extinguish or transfer common land or town or village green and any rights of common on the land where it has been acquired by a ‘relevant instrument’ (for example compulsory purchase orders). Relevant instruments are listed in paragraph 8 of Schedule 4 to the Commons Registration (England) Regulations 2014.
This form should be completed by the ‘acquiring authority’.
This relates to section 14 of the Commons Act 2006.
