You should use this general licence to move table eggs into, within or out of a protection or surveillance zone in England, Scotland or Wales.

This licence only allows you to move table eggs during outbreaks of avian influenza strains starting ‘H5N’ - for example, H5N1 and H5N5. You cannot use this licence to move table eggs during an outbreak of any other strains of HPAI, such as H7N9.

You do not need to apply for this general licence but you must meet its conditions and follow its instructions.
