Most information is available on the IAA website or GOV.UK. If you cannot find what you need, you can:

Feedback and complaints 

You can give feedback or make a complaint about this scheme by submitting an enquiry through the IAA Portal, or request an FOI response by contacting us at info@immigrationadviceauthority.gov.uk. 

If you’re not satisfied with our response, contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
