How to contact the IAA
This page provides information on how to get in touch with the IAA.
To contact the IAA, first use our online portal to ask a query or to make a complaint.
The Customer Service Unit is also available by email at: info@immigrationadviceauthority.gov.uk. They will pass on your query to the correct part of the organisation.
For media enquiries only, please email: pressoffice@immigrationadviceauthority.gov.uk.
The IAA phone line is currently unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and ask that you submit your query through our online portal
